Potter, Audrey Blackman, is seen removing some of her porcelain figures from a glass display cabinet. She then demonstrates making a figure by rolling out slabs of porcelain as a base, then making coils to form the legs and body and thin textured slabs for the clothing. She puts a piece in the kiln and displays one in the daylight to show the translucency.
