A news report from The Costa Blanca on the price of retiring to Spain, produced by North Downs Cinematograph Society in around 1973.
This film shows people attending a village fete in Balcombe, and playing games together; followed by scenes of a football match on the recreation ground, and shots of a Punch and Judy show. An older woman wanders around her garden with a pet parrot. The parrot is shown walking along the grass and sitting on the older woman's shoulder. The film ends abruptly.
This film shows several rural life and farming scenes, that includes portraits of a young man driving a tractor, cattle in a field, rural views, horses and an elderly woman relaxing in a garden chair. Several men are seen working on tractors. Scenes return to the young man driving the tractor, now with a farming attachment in a field. The film closes with shots of a German Shepherd dog playing outside the farmhouse on Kingsmead Farm (?).

A patient's desire to have the bed next to the window turns to disappointment in this North Downs Cinematograph Society production from the 1970s.
