This edited and titled film opens with views of a Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament May Day protest march from Aylesford to London. The remainder of the film shows various scenes of family celebrations including Christmas festivities in snowy Maidstone, scenes from a wedding, and visits with friends. [Bowling Trip to Bexhill]

This family film shows a bowls game in progress at Bexhill Bowling Club, followed by scenes of a family group touring the gardens and grounds of a large stately home (unknown location).

This film features domestic scenes of a child's christening party and a family at home and in the garden, playing with their pets. The film contains several spliced gaps/spaces where the film has been loosely edited together by the film-maker.

Channel Crossing for Blanco

This film shows a visit from a family friend/relative (?) 'Blanco', with scenes of a channel crossing, including a visit to a Second World War cemetery in France, a hop farm in Kent, and visits to various extended family and friends in the South East of England.

[Snow; Moving House; Whitsun Camp; Folkestone Holiday]

This film shows a family moving house, going on a camping holiday, playing on a beach and visiting the Kent town of Canterbury. The family tour the street, capturing views of the historic Cathedral gate, War Memorial and shops. The film closes with several members of the family rowing Skiffs on the River Thames.

[Guinea Pig Club Reunions 1969 to 1974]

Guinea Pig Club reunions from 1969 to 1974 held by former wartime patients of the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, who had received reconstructive plastic surgery. The film shows the exterior of the Queen Victoria Hospital buildings and scenes of the town and the club members and families relaxing in the pool area of the Feldbridge Hotel.

[Bognor Regis Tour]

An amateur film produced by students of the Bognor Regis College of Education. The film shows a busy and vibrant town bustling with holiday makers and day trippers on a hot summers day. Apart from the opening scenes, the film is shot in the grounds of Hotham Park and on the seafront.

It’s Like getting Wings

Documentary and promotional film made for the Winged Fellowship Trust about their holiday home for the disabled at Crabhill House, South Nutfield, filmed by the North Downs Cinematograph Society in the 1970s; accompanied by library music and a commentary.

This edited colour family film shows an extended family on holiday at a camp site in the New Forest; on a beach holiday in Folkestone and together at home in the Laleham garden.

Husbands

The North Downs Cinematograph Society Ladies present a market report on husbands in this tongue-in-cheek film produced in the early 1970s.

[Folkestone Beach Holiday; Baby]

This colour film shows the family on a beach holiday in Folkestone, building sandcastles on the beach and swimming in the sea with an inflatable Lilo. The second scene shows brief shots of the family on holiday at a camp site near a cliff edge. The final film shows close-up shots of a mother and her baby sat in the garden, later joined by a young boy.

[Avebury; Wedding; 80th Birthday]

The film opens on the stone circle at Avebury followed by scenes from a wedding. The bride enters the church and leaves with the groom after the ceremony. They are seen mingling and posing for photographs. The next scene shows an elderly woman sitting up in bed, being visited by family on her 80th birthday. A large group of family members pose together outside, in the front garden of a house.
