The Seaside at Littlehampton
This amateur home movie shows the family on holiday at the beach playing in the dunes and digging in the sand. They also go paddling and canoeing in the sea. The family group visit a pebble beach and take a boat ride.

Amateur film-maker Eric Sparks records the trains and stations of the Southern Railway Company, marking the moment when the first electrically powered trains traveled to Littlehampton and Bognor Regis in 1938. There is also colour footage of the Brighton Bell, images of maintenance being carried out on trains and carriages, bridge construction and the modern signal cabin at Brighton in operation.
This edited colour and black and white film shows the Giles' family in Surrey and on outings to West Sussex during the late 1940s. The film also includes races at Goodwood; the Olympic torch passing through Surrey; and the unveiling of a memorial gate at Prescott House (Bugatti Owners Club) designed by a member of the Giles family.
A professionally-made film in which BBC Sports commentator Raymond Glendenning tours Sussex on a Penny Farthing bicycle, stopping at places of local interest including Arundel Castle, the beach at Littlehampton and the racecourses at Fontwell Park and Goodwood. The film has an accompanying music and commentary soundtrack.

This edited colour film shows a visit to the Grand Pavilion at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, with close-ups of the "Dobbies" display and others; and a Three Bridges Free Church Sunday School outing to Littlehampton beach. The children swim, sunbathe and eat Ice lollies on the sand. The film closes with a group of teenage girls and adults playing a game of rounders on the Hazelwick School playing field, followed by a picnic lunch.
