He returns to Madrid via the Guadarrama mountains, and visits Roman monuments at Mérida.

Voss films his children Tony and Christine skiing and ice-skating on a frozen lake where an ice hockey game later takes place. Landscape scenes are followed by footage of "dance club" practice at Purley Ice Rink, filmed that May.
