[Boat Trip Along the Suez Canal: Port Said to Aden]
Doctors Catherine Violet and Thomas Burne film part of their return trip to Malaya, where they were both stationed. Husband and wife had spent the preceding months with their children in England, as recorded in ~[Summer Seaside Holiday And Family Scenes]~ (March - October 1929).
This film shows scenes onboard a cruise ship, with men and women on deck, sitting together and stretching out on deck chairs. Panoramic views of the sea follow showing another cruise ship at sea, as captured from the deck. The group take a smaller motor boat excursion to the shore, later followed by a scenes of the group on land sitting on a bridge and capturing views of several street scenes, before returning to ship.

This film shows a voyage by Lord and Lady Baden-Powell visiting troops and companies of Scouts and Guides as they cruise the Baltic on the SS Calgaric for an ‘Argosy of Peace’. The film includes scenic views of the nations visited, with welcome parades and greetings by dignitaries, national costumes and uniforms, speeches, processions, dances, games and meals.
This black and white film documents the family's trip aboard the SS Homeric, stopping off at ports along the route: Gibraltar, Barcelona, Monte Carlo; and Tangier (?). With views of local attractions, hotels and scenery, from a moving vehicle and on foot.
