The film shows: a trip on the River Medway, A memorial service parade through Burgate, the Naval Cadets gym display, a fire brigade demonstration, and children dancing at the St. Bede's school.

This black and white Girl Guiding film shows various companies from the Mid-Sussex districts of Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Hassocks, and Hurstpierpoint exiting a Church on a parade, accompanied by a group of Cub and Boy Scouts. The groups then join together for a getharring on the Ashenground campsite where they sing songs and dance together around a campfire.

[Brighton Ice Skating Rink]
This film shows a professional ice dancing couple [Pam Thorne & Roger Dunford] and a trio skating on an indoor ice rink the Brighton Sports Stadium. The film is inter-cut with a couple sitting on a bench on Brighton seafront. A performance with ice dancers in costume includes a pantomime horse duo, two minstrels and a chorus line of girls. The final scenes shows the group of performers posing for portraits in a field.

Brighton International Children’s Camp
This film contains images of The International Children's Camp held at Brighton in 1946. The Camp was organized by the British Woodcraft Folk, a member of the Co-operative Youth Movement. The event attracted over 1000 children from the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark and Czechoslovakia, and other European countries.
Sacred Heart Marching
This post-war colour film depicts a large group of girls at Sacred Heart Catholic High School, Wealdstone undertaking a drill demonstration of physical training exercises and dance performances for the watching crowds gathered in the school playground. Individual shots show Julia Corder during the display wearing her school uniform. Several Catholic nuns can be seen dressed in full habits during the event.
