This black and white film opens shows a group of girls from the Bund Deutscher Mädel (BDM) undertaking outdoor physical training, gymnastic exercises and athletics events, supervised by nuns. Groups of girls in day wear gather to watch the sports events. Women dressed in traditional dresses perform dances and sing together, then sit down for a meal before attending a prize giving ceremony.
