This short amateur film predominantly features scenes of the annual Thames Barge March sometime during the 1930s. Traditional Thames sailing barges are seen on the Thames Estuary off Sheerness along with Royal Navy warships; skippers are seen posing for the camera. The end of the film includes brief shots of a domestic garden and a Dalmatian dog.
