Amateur footage of pupils from Canford School in Dorset undertaking extra-curricular activities. The boys are briefly filmed rowing on the River Stour and performing drills as a small regiment in the school's grounds.

An amusing amateur training film with intertitles which analyses the merit of the drills being undertaken by Canford School Contingent, OTC Demonstration Platoon. The film was photographed by two of the cadets, and was most probably screened to their peers at a later date.

“Lest We Forget” Disabled Soldiers Day Out At Margate
A profesionally-made film which records a trip to Margate by disabled veterans of the First World War. The men are guests-of-honour at a lunch hosted by the town's Mayor and Mayoress at the St George's Hotel, Cliftonville. This was the inaugral outing hosted by Margate's Lest We Forget Committee.

Scenes at the Hendon Royal Air Force Display June 1934 show various aircraft in flight, filmed from the crowd. At a separate event and location a marching band followed by marching army cadets (?) are seen parading on a sports field. The spectators are seated for tea outdoors. A boy in military uniform is seen with his father and mother (?).
Film of a Jubilee parade in Bognor Regis in honour of George V, shot by Ralph Staley from a window above his drapers shop in the High Street. The film shows bunting decorating the street and the Jubilee procession including a marching band and floats. Couples dance in the street to a live band. The film ends with a shot of his daughter Pam in their garden, playing with a cat.
