[Royal Naval Review; Empire Air Day]
This black and white and Dufaycolor edited film shows the Royal Naval Review July 16th 1935 in Spithead near Portsmouth to mark the Silver Jubilee anniversary of HM The King, George V. The second film shows an R.A.F event (possibly Empire Air Day, or another event in 1936 or 1937 ?).

A film of the Emberton family on a holiday.The two daughters play on a sandy beach and in a garden with their parents and dog. Their mother flies a kite and Jocelyn rides a tricycle. Their father, Joseph is seen briefly with the girls. Scenes show an estuary with boats and a shot of a Hindenburg Zeppelin, with Nazi Swastika on the fins [D-LZ 27?], flying over head.

Comprising nine reels of film, this footage begins with a trip by businessman Joseph Horowitz to Johannesburg, South Africa. Travel by ship follows, before scenes of Paris, a canal journey, and portraits of friends in a London street. More footage documents travel through the Alps, a Polish mountain town in winter and Indian street life, before shots of an imposing modern church in a Francophone town.

[Aeroplanes at Shoreham]
This film contains footage of Shoreham Air Show in the late 1930s. Various propellor driven aircraft stand stationary on the airfield as well as taking off to perform in the air display. Later shots show spectators on the ground walking amongst the aircraft. Continued on TID:8598 with scenes of the air display.
[Empire Air Day]
This edited film features the May 1936 RAF Tangmere Empire Air Display. Several Hawker Fury Mk I planes are seen taking off and landing, followed by an Avro autogiro flying over the airfield.
[Military Sporting Events and Activities]
This set of black and white films features various sporting events attended by Nazi officers. Horse racing and show jumping events are seen, followed by a race at the Nurburgring and a group boarding a train decorated with flags and a Kraft Durch Freude (Strength Through Joy) banner. The final film is of a group of Hitler Youth flight cadets at their barracks.
[Grant: Voyage to America]
A voyage aboard the RMS Queen Mary to New York City, with a tour of several landmarks, a trip on the Elevated Railway, the district of Harlem and Coney Island. The trip includes a flight aboard an aircraft to visit the Niagara / Horseshoe Falls and later the return trip on the RMS Aquitania. The colour has a red cast and is de-saturated.
