This colour shows several rural camps and gatherings of Scout packs at Bolney, Ashenground, Haywards Heath, Ardingly and Small Dole. The camps are inter-cut with shots of flowering plants and flowers in woodlands.

The film shows the Bolney Cubs and Scouts gathered on a field outside a Scout hut, followed by a presentation to open the hut watched by friends and family. The film cuts to wide shots of a woodland covered in a carpet of Bluebells and shots of two Bolney Scout leaders in conversation.

A group of Bolney Sea Scouts and a Haywards Heath Scout pack are seen on a camp, with views of the Scouts doing activities in groups in the field, setting up tents and sorting their supplies. A group of Scouts are awarded a large ceramic jug before the camp Union flag is lowered. There are portrait shots of the group with their trophy, and a panorama of the entire troop on the campsite.

The next part shows the Haywards Heath and Slaugham packs gathered at the Ashenground camp holding song sheets or service booklets sitting around the camp fire, followed by a series of woodland views of bluebells in full bloom around the campsite.

The final part shows a group on Scouts (Slaugham, Haywards Heath and others) gathered around a camp (Small Dole ?) watching a cup being presented to a group of Scouts.
