This three part film shows a youth parade through Eupen, accompanied by several adult brass marching bands, some dressed in white uniforms. The second film shows a communion parade and the final film shows a troupe of Scouts marching out from St Nikolaus church, Eupen with flags and banners.


The first part shows a large youth parade with marching bands pass the Town Hall and Capuchin Monastery Church (Rathaus mit Klosterkirche der Kapuziner) in Eupen, arranged in numbered groups accompanied by several adult brass marching bands. The adults and children wear white or pale uniforms, performing the Third Reich salute, as they pass a group gathered outside the church.

The next part shows a religious communion parade of girls in white floor-length communion dresses and boys in dark formal jackets and white shirts leave a church, followed by guests and clergy.

The final part shows a troupe of "St Georg - Eupen" Scouts leaving St Nikolaus church, Eupen parading across the street towards the town square, with flags and banners.
