Four men playing a chaotic game of swingball in the late 1890s filmed by Robert Paul.
Four men bat a ball tied to a string attached to a pole on a boat [?]. One lifts the ball, hanging loose, and bats it towards the other players. All players start swinging their bats, some miss entirely and the ball gets wrapped around the pole. One player unravels the string and passes it to another so he can start the game again.
