Description

This film made by A D Orpet captures wintry scenes in Brighton as crowds of sightseers gather on the beach to see the Athina B ship, stranded on the shingle. Scenes show the stern and rudder assembly out of the water. With the pier in the background, there is a higher view of the ship, taken from the promenade before returning to the beach for views of the ship's bow.
