A man resorts to jumping in a river fully dressed as his animated clothes get the better of him in this 1901 film by James Williamson.
By a river bank, a man removes his jacket and hat in preparation to take a swim only for another jacket and hat to take their place. Throwing them to the ground, yet more garments appear. Jumping in fully clothed he reappears on the riverbank wearing a bathing costume, only for his trousers to fly out of the river after him, followed by shirt, jacket and hat. He walks off fully clothed, the garments left on the riverbank flying after him.
