This film shows wedding scenes filmed by Richard D.Brickell at the Parish Church of St. Mary, Glynde followed by shots a group of guests in a marquee for a wedding reception in a field.

A wedding party gather outside the Parish Church of St. Mary in Glynde, East Sussex. The bride and groom are flanked by bridesmaids and their parents as the photographer arranges the party for a photograph on the steps. The bride wears a fitted white gown with a lace bib and full length veil. Her bridesmaids wear floor-length royal blue dresses. Guests are seen hurriedly taking photographs wearing hats and bold print short dresses. The bride and groom drive away, leaving the guests at the church.

The group then gather for a reception in a marquee, joined by clergy, friends and family. A series of portrait shots of groups of guests follows - men in suits talk together and women in assorted hats and dresses sit together, all drinking from wine glasses.
