A film of scenes showing rides and amusements at Peter Pan's Playground, shots of the seafront and riding the Volk's Electric railway.

Scenes show several amusements at Peter Pan's Playground on the seafront in Brighton, with close up shots of the giant caterpillar roller coaster, Helta-Skelta, crazy golf, Whurlitzer style ride and children playing in a sand pit.

Scenes then cut to a Volk's Electric Railway station with train (electric car) passing through several stations to allow passengers to board and disembark, followed by a compilation of views that includes the line and track from the front of a train, the train passing through the Paston Place sheds and coming to a stop at the end of the line. The film closes with a wide angle view of the beach and Peter Pan's Playground from the neighbouring Volk's Railway station.
