Summary

This silent amateur black and white drama, tells the story of a family man, who is followed home from a local public house by a burglar, who breaks into the family's home whilst they are watching television. The film has opening and closing titles with credits.

Description

This amateur black and white drama, tells the story of a family man, whom after his supper goes to the pub. He is followed home by a mysterious man in a long coat and hat. The man goes inside to watch TV with his family and put his son to bed, whilst the man in the long coat loiters outside. The mysterious man then grabs a ladder from a local outbuilding and attempts to burgle the man's house, by trying to enter through an upstairs window. Alerted by his son, the man phones the police, who arrive and catch the burglar in the act. The film has opening and closing titles but no audio soundtrack.
