Sheds are build, with pitched roofs and small windows. A steam-powered mechanism breaks up blocks into rubble. men build structures out of bricks and mix cement. A sign reads "Builders Thomas Edge." A man with a surveying device talks with another man, smoking a pipe. "Notice: all letters and enquiries to The Datcha opposite," reads another sign. Workers are seen sawing.
