This edited film opens with two children playing together in a garden pool, followed by views of a school sports day with highlights of race and shot put events on a outdoor sports field inter cut with a group of children playing with their pets and riding ponies.

This family film compilation opens with a brief shot of a 'BOAC” plane - Boeing 377 'Stratocruiser' 'G-AKGK' parked on a runway, cutting to two children playing in a garden paddling pool (Sally and Stuart). Stuart hurts his elbow whilst playing with his sister, who does not notice and carries on splashing in the pool.

The next section documents a school sports day event, which is inter-cut with domestic family scenes of the children playing with pets and riding ponies. The film opens with mixed shots of people gathered on a field watching a group of boys run races, cutting away to four boys playing with an animal in a hutch (too dark to make out) and a group of children riding horses, being lead by other children. The film then returns to mixed shots (out of focus) of the sports day events, with parents sitting together next to the field of play. The film closes with a series of short individual shots that include a group of children attempting a shot put session, a portrait shot of a man smiling for the camera (?) and a group of young girls running a race helped by younger boys (brother and sister races? - Stuart and Sally take part in this race).
