Summary

The Greenyer family spend a day at Arundel Castle - walking about the gardens and viewing the surrounding countryside from the battlements.

Description

The film begins with a poster advertising events over Easter 1972 at Arundel Castle. Visitors to the castle including the Greenyer family are seen entering the grounds of Arundel Castle, making their way along the ramparts with a child in a pram. After some views of the castle's southside the visitors cross a drawbridge into the barbican. Continuing up more steps to the castle's Norman keep, the family enjoy great views of the town and its prominent church from the battlements. A child feeds bread to the ducks, swans and cygnets in the lake.
