Description

The film opens with shots of anti litter campaigners, holding placards with messages about littering. Close-up of T-shirts bearing the message: "Litter: ugly, dirty and illegal". Shots of the mayor and other dignitaries standing on a podium. A large crowd is gathered on Kingsway and Grand Avenue to watch a parade. Shots of a marching band and decorated floats passing along the road. The film ends with shots of the crowd walking off after the procession and close-ups of litter on the road and pavements.
