Scenes filmed on a family holiday to the beach at Selsey. A group of young men swim and play in the sea, people play tennis, boys jump from a floating platform, and there are scenes of the holiday beach house 'Arcadia' and surrounding chalets and landscape.

The film begins at Arcadia - a beach house from which several guests emerge before dashing into the sea. A mixed group play tennis while the older generation play bowls. A raft is pushed out to sea, which serves as a diving platform. The flat landscape around Selsey is seen, along with a windmill, before several views of beach homes converted from redundant railway carriages.
