Children and adults enjoy the Telscoombe Cliffs school summer fair. The children and adults are seen before the fair opens setting up the stalls. Children compete in a fancy dress parade, and play various games whilst the men take part in a football match with one team dressed in women's clothing.

A child writes on a chalk board: "Telscoombe Cliffs School Summer Fair, Sat July 8th 1967" which is followed by shots of school buildings. Children and adults set up stalls on the playground and people start arriving. Some children parade in fancy dress costumes as people look on, smartly dressed judges make comments to each other before a small prize giving ceremony. People take part in archery and compete at a coconut shy. A man fries food on a camping stove whilst a child queues up for food. Inside the school, people sit at tables and drink tea. Outside, men are filmed playing a game of football on the school field, one team is dressed in women's clothing. The film concludes with brief shots of the fancy dress parade, children throwing balls at crockery balanced on a table and blurred shots of the football match.
