Description

An amateur film showing Cuckfield Fire Brigade undertaking ladder pitch practice at Haywards Heath Fire Station on South Road. Shots then cut to wide views of a large group of fire fighters gathered on parade in Victoria Park, Haywards Heath with wide panning shots showing the open grounds and St Winifrid's Church in the background. The fire service then participate in giving several public demonstrations in Victoria Park, followed by shots of children tobogganing in the snow, closing with scenes of a night time fire at a large house (Cuckfield House ?) with daytime scenes of the damage.
