This amateur film with intertitles records the work of the William F. Rees civil engineering company during 1953 and 1954. An Ammann Spreader resurfaces the pathways of Bishop's Park, Fulham; the depot at Chelsea produces asphalt; the company experiments with a new resurfacing technique at the depot; and a D2 Traxcavator works in the residential streets of Banstead.
