A silent amateur film about Warnham nature reserve in the early days of its operation following the purchase of the site by Horsham District Council.


This colour silent film opens with a sign that reads: "Horsham District Council Welcomes You To Warnham Nature Reserve", shots of the reserve follow filmed from the car park as well as the newly built visitor centre and a house adjoining it. Sign: "Shelley Garden". An elderly man and woman emerge from a gate, crossing a wooden bridge reading a leaflet. Shots of wildfowl on the lake follow. The film concludes with a close-up of a plaque commemorating the purchase of the site by Horsham District Council and a final shot of the visitor centre.
