Description

Visitors arrive and girls in uniform perform acrobatics and gymnastics in the gardens of a large house. Various sports day races such as sack race, egg and spoon race get underway as visitors watch seated on the sidelines. Some women take part in a suspended scone eating competition with prizes given out to the girls. After a break the games, dances and acrobatics resume as the visitors watch on.
