Description

The film opens with highlights of a Guinea Pig Club reunion of wartime patients of the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, who had received reconstructive plastic surgery. The reunion at the Copthorne Hotel in East Grinstead shows the beer garden with club members and their friends and families chatting and drinking together. Scenes of a courtyard garden and small pond are followed by a further gathering in the pool garden at the Felbridge Hotel.
