Amateur film recording events at the Egerton May Festival over the course of three consecutive years in the 1930s.

The amateur film-maker records similar scenes from the 1934, 1935 and 1936 Egerton May Festivals. Children parade in fancy dress and perform various folk dances at the large outdoor ground. Flower girls follow the young May Queen to a covered throne where she is crowned with a floral headpiece.
