Description

The film starts with a man and a woman sweeping their garden's terrace, steps and path. Model yachts are seen being sailed on still waters at Shoreham Harbour. The lock that gives access to the lagoon is opened for cabin cruiser traffic. The film then follows scenes in Hove wtih HRH Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, accompanied by several local dignitaries, on a walkabout along the newly restored and re-opened George Street. Crowds wave as the Royal couple are driven away in their car.
