This amateur film shows a series of sports, fitness demonstrations and events at St Aubyn's School, intercut by a brief shot of a horse racing event (?).

The film includes scenes of the pupils demonstrating movements in slow motion and later some at speed, an arm wrestling session, the boys parading with and in a marching band. Sports and events include a series of foot races, several games, a ring and net sport, a mix of gymnastic exercises and several athletics events. Other scenes include several groups marching, performing drills and shots of a young boy playing cricket.

A brief shot of a horse racing event (?) seems to be inter cut within the sports scenes (?)
