A compilation of archive footage on the subject of the West Sussex town of Shoreham-by-Sea coupled with memories captured by Screen Archive South East from residents of the town during an oral history and reminiscence project in 2013.

Dennis Miller talks about his adventure as a boy going to Shoreham airport, accompanied by footage of the airport's control buildings, and small aircraft. Sue and Brian Gill talk about the houses of 'Bungalow Town' over footage of the shorefront houses and boats of Shoreham Harbour. Crime fiction Author, Peter James, talks about his memories of the smells of the harbour when he went there as a boy, and the lasting impression made by the harbour atmosphere. Film of the boats and the harbour jetty accompanies his recollections. Anne Terry talks about swimming and almost drowning in the waters at Shoreham beach.
