A black and white film featuring children at play both in a garden and at the beach. The film closes with scenes of historical re-enactments at the Runnymede pageant.

The first section of the film opens with shots of the children at play in a various locations. The children play a 'wheelbarrow' game with a nanny/nurse (in uniform). This cuts to a brief portrait of a young boy dressed as as a choir boy standing in front of an outdoor altar. Cutting back to the garden, the two girls are shown pushing dolls in a baby carriage and a pushchair, followed by close-up shots of the children cuddling. In the middle section the children are shown at the beach, playing at the shoreline with another nanny and their parents. Following this are shots of the children looking at a British bi-plane in a field [G-ACNM], which then cuts to visiting a new born baby and the baby arriving home. The final section shows the Runnymede pageant, including historical re-enactments with chariots, knights on horseback and a fox hunt.
