White-European travellers depart from Italy by sea, playing deck games as their journey gets underway. During his trip to Egypt the film-maker climbs one of the Pyramids, filming a panoramic shot from its zenith. Elsewhere, biplanes perform displays in tight formation. The film ends with footage of a multi-generational picnic.

This multi-reel film shows a series of stops on a World Tour by Miss Violette (Violet) Cordery, an English female motorist travelling in an Invicta car travelling 10.266 miles, by road and sea. The tour includes UK; France; North Africa; India, Australia; USA, and Canada. [Only Reel 1 is shown in the online clip].
The Motor Cycling Club London Lugano Run [UHA Production]
This film shows the Motor Cycling Club's London to Lugano run in August 1927 by Mr John Ahearn in his Invicta car [YE 7682] accompanied by his mechanic. The pair make an overnight stop in Ware, before travelling to Harwich to board a ship for Antwerp - the official race start point. Scenes also show the Rhine at Basel, "Luzern" town, Brünig Pass, the hairpin bends at St Gothard and several stops along the route. The journey concludes at Lugano, returning via Dieppe.

This two part intertitled film shows an edited "H.C. Reigate production" of the Motorcycling Club's London to Lugano run in August 1927 by Mr H.G Reigate in his Invicta car (YH 1305); accompanied by his mechanic Mr M. Weinstein. The pair travel to Harwich to board a ship to Antwerp - the official start point. Scenes show several of the other competitors cars being off loaded including "Allen's A.C", and [John] "Ahearn's Invicta (YE 7682)" (see TID: 10646 for Mr Ahearn's film).

This extended intertitled travelogue shows a group tour through the counties of Cornwall, Devon and Somerset visiting many noted landmarks that includes the Madron Wishing Well and Chapel, standing stones of the Mên-an-Tol, the coast at Lands End with the "First and Last House" and the Daily Mail sign; Exeter; St Ives; the town of Clovelly in Devon; the moorlands of Dartmoor and Exmoor; the seaside towns of Penzance, Dawlish, Plymouth and Newlyn.

Film of the Staley family on an outing on the South coast. Nellie Staley and her five year old daughter Pam board a ship at Portsmouth Harbour, and sail to the Isle of Wight. They are also seen boarding the Mauritania at Southampton, travelling to Cowes and returning to Portsmouth.

A detailed film by Ralph Staley of a cruise with his wife Nellie aboard the SS Avoceta; sailing from Liverpool and visiting Portugal, Madeira and the Canary Islands. Mrs Staley is filmed amongst other passengers and crew on deck. They take in the main tourist sights at all the stop off points and film some of the local people and customs they encounter. This film has intertitles throughout.

This very short sequence shows a group of men gathered on the deck of a ship with a motorcar (continued from TID: 6462 & 6463) as filmed by Ernest Shippam in the 1930s. Part of the Motorcycle and car club trip.
This film shows scenes onboard a cruise ship, with men and women on deck, sitting together and stretching out on deck chairs. Panoramic views of the sea follow showing another cruise ship at sea, as captured from the deck. The group take a smaller motor boat excursion to the shore, later followed by a scenes of the group on land sitting on a bridge and capturing views of several street scenes, before returning to ship.
[Cattle for Shipment at Derby]
This short film entitled: "Cattle for shipment at Derby" shows a heard of Cattle being led from a field down a rural track road, to a large shipment container or railway carriage (next to a railway line?) at a farmstead in Derby. Following an intertitle: "On the 'Centaur", the final sequence shows a couple boarding a ship, followed by a brief shot of the couple on deck smoking cigarettes.
