This film shows scenes onboard a cruise ship, with men and women on deck, sitting together and stretching out on deck chairs. Panoramic views of the sea follow showing another cruise ship at sea, as captured from the deck. The group take a smaller motor boat excursion to the shore, later followed by a scenes of the group on land sitting on a bridge and capturing views of several street scenes, before returning to ship.

Welcome to Croydon
The film opens with a banner ‘Welcome to Croydon’. There are street and market scenes with trams and buses passing by. A couple change a flat tyre in a country lane. Scenes of towns in Surrey and Sussex include roadside picnics, motorcycles and sidecars, and views from Box Hill. Views at Birling Gap are followed by the group on the beach at Ryde and Shanklin where they play cricket. Various picnic scenes follow, and the film ends with views of the Brooklands race track.
[Journey Through the Mountains]
This film shows a couple travelling through the Swiss Alps towards Italy in an open top car. The couple visit a harbour and the Middle Bridge (Mittlere Brucke) in Basel over the Rhine. Shots of a mountain range near St Moritz, and a hotel surrounded by a snowy landscape are followed by a tour of Italy visiting Bologna and Florence.

[C.M.C.C - Chichester Motor Cycle Club]
This film shows a group of men standing outside a pub in a village, a sign above reads: "...Ales, Wines, Spirits". A man works on a motorcycle in a street, as a woman in a floor length coat and beret rides off on a motorcycle. Spectators watch from behind. The riders compete in time trials along country lanes, slipping in the mud. A motorcycle and side car become stuck, so a group stop to pull it out, and continue to drive. Filmed by Ernest Shippam in 1931.

This newsreel records the 12th Infantry Brigade nearing the end of its economy march from Dover to Arundel. The film includes numerous aerial shots of the Brigade marching along seafront roads, as well as street-level images of it marching through town streets lined with spectators. The country's flagging economy in the early 1930s led to the governent imposing an Economy regime on the army.
Scenes filmed by Mr. and Mrs. Rudd while on a caravan tour of Scotland, passing over rivers and through the mountainous landscape, taking picnics on the coast and camping by lochs.

George V Silver Jubilee Procession in London
This black and white and Dufaycolor film shows scenes of HM The King, George V's Silver Jubilee Procession in London. The film opens in black and white with views of London and the official procession programme details; followed by views of the procession route taken from an upstairs window and both black and white and colour footage of the procession and marching bands. Dufaycolor was an early film system that employed a matrix of red, green and blue to produce colour on film. This matrix pattern is clearly in evidence in the online clips.

A film by amateur film-maker Dr. Victor Don, advocating the important and costly work carried out by ambulance attendants, doctors, chemists, anesthetists and nurses at Ashford Hospital in Kent during 1937. A short narrative sequence opens the film, during which a man is taken to hospital after being hit by a car.
