Afloat on the Thames
Two couples enjoy a motor boating holiday along the River Thames, passing through several locks, stopping at riverside pubs and towns, fishing off the side of the boat, cooking and cleaning, and observing the serene river lifestyle. The film's main cameraman was a member of Haywards Heath & District Amateur Cine Society.

A May Queen style carnival is held in the village of Builth Wells in Powys, Wales. The family take a holiday in Wales and Warwickshire and visit a livestock farm.

Audrey Blackman 1974 - Rolled Pottery Figures
Potter, Audrey Blackman, is seen removing some of her porcelain figures from a glass display cabinet. She then demonstrates making a figure by rolling out slabs of porcelain as a base, then making coils to form the legs and body and thin textured slabs for the clothing. She puts a piece in the kiln and displays one in the daylight to show the translucency.
