Families arrive and buy items. A man and a woman give speeches. Various activities include skittles, Scottish country dancing, cycling, tea drinking and a raffle.

Included in clip: Mr Woodward's wife, Kay, is seen in portrait outside their house. The next shots are of swans on a boating lake or harbour with people watching the boats. The shot then cuts to Kay, walking with friends, before the group sit down alongside others to watch an open-air performance.
