An intertitled travelogue film of a trip to Australia starts with a map showing the journey from London to Australia, followed by views at different stages of the route: a bus; arrival at a train station; a sea voyage; the crew and other passengers aboard ship. The ship docks in Melbourne showing several streets scenes. On to Sydney, with the Harbour Bridge, still under construction. A title reads: "Manley Beach" (sic) with footage of surfers and soldier crabs; closing with views over Brisbane.
A film by architect Joseph Emberton of his travels to three European architectural exhibitions; the first in pre-war Dusseldorf, the second in Paris and the third, at the Empire Exhibition in Glasgow.

A voyage aboard the RMS Queen Mary to New York City, with a tour of several landmarks, a trip on the Elevated Railway, the district of Harlem and Coney Island. The trip includes a flight aboard an aircraft to visit the Niagara / Horseshoe Falls and later the return trip on the RMS Aquitania. The colour has a red cast and is de-saturated.

This colour film follows a large steam ship or ferry coming into dock at Newhaven. This is followed by views of the Hope Inn public house near West Beach, with cars and people outside the pub. On the water at Newhaven several boats, a yacht and pleasure craft pass by, with views of the harbour, including a train engine marked '6241'.
