The Youth Fellowship Banquet

This black and white film shows highlights from a Youth Fellowship hosted formal dinner, with the attendees dressed up as lords, ladies, surgeons, judges and celebrities; with a comedy themed menu served silver service. The meal is followed by group choreographed dancing. The event took place on 1st February 1958, at the Youth Fellowship Hall, Sanderstead, Surrey part of the local Congregational Church.
A colour film which traces a young couple on a day's outing by car to various historic buildings in rural Kent. The colour sequence is bookended by B&W images of a screening of the amateur film in a domestic setting.

A harvest festival celebration takes place at the Three Bridges Free Church with flowers and vegetables on the stage. An outing to Milford-on-Sea, is followed by further scenes of a Military band display. The next sequence shows a HP81 Hermes 4A Silver City aeroplane (G-ALDU) at Manston Airfield and a cricket match at the Devonshire Terrace, Hastings.
[Turners Hill Outing]
The Compleat Angler Fishing Club of Eastbourne make a trip to a lake near Turners Hill in Crawley, West Sussex, in the early 1960s. The day-trippers are filmed by Eddie Morris travelling to and from the lake by coach; fishing and weighing their catch.
[Holiday Isle of Wight; Darts Outing]
This film shows scenes from a Royal Oak Darts club outing to the Isle of Wight, that includes shots of several boats, ships and water transport at Ryde. The film-maker captures views as a vessel leaves Ryde pier on a boat trip. The final sequence shows scenes of the club members walking around a busy high street, sitting in a garden drinking beer and playing a game of cards on the grass.

The Guinea Pig Club annual reunions held in 1960, 1961 and 1962 for wartime patients of the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, who had received reconstructive plastic surgery. At the garden parties, held at the Feldbridge Hotel, men and women stand chatting and drinking around a swimming pool. A bed is raffled off and two men jump in to the pool fully clothed.
[Second Butlin's Holiday at Skegness]
This film shows a Burns family holiday to the Butlin's camp at Skegness. The film opens with a series of portrait shots of two women in white Butlin's monogrammed uniforms, posing for the camera, followed by a series of shots of a young child in a pram outside a chalet; a large group of guests dancing in a hall (includes a female Redcoat host); a view of the empty pool; the holiday camp sign; and closing with shots of a diving and boating competition on the pool.
