A compilation showing Brighton Swimming Club members on the beach, dressed in fancy dress and in drag, pretending to 'shave' other swimmers whilst pinning them down and then dunking them in the sea. The group go on a road trip visiting Monaco and Spain (Barcelona?) where they take in the sights; swim and water ski; see traditional dancers and watch a bullfight. At the airport, they film two cars being loaded onto a Bristol Freighter plane through its nose doors.

Johnson in and around Chichester and Arundel in 1955, on the shoreline and sailing at Dell Quay [?], at a Gala Day in Chichester, aftermath of a helicopter crash, in the family garden and Old Steine gardens in Brighton, visiting the headland at Beachy Head with the SS Germania grounded off the coast, closing with scenes of a wedding party outside a church.

[Worthing Yacht Club Official Opening]
A sign for Worthing Yacht Club opens the film. Groups of people stand looking at boats and talking to yachtsmen, on a wet and windy day. Families join the yachtsmen with children playing in and around the boats. There are close-ups of various yachts on land. The film closes with a portrait of a toddler (Alexis), splashing around in puddles and playing with a plastic bottle.
This black and white film shows the second Youth Fellowship weekend in Eastbourne in April 1958, where the group go on an organised walk over Beachy Head and Cuckmere Haven, play on the beaches and attend a church service at St Andrew's Presbyterian church.
