Summary

This black and white family holiday film includes views of the front garden of their holiday home in Wales and the family on a day out on a beach.

Description

This film opens with a young boy playing in a front garden on a toy horse and a bicycle at Morlin Lodge House (?). Two friends or family members arrive by car and park outside the house. The family go on a day trip to the seaside, making their way along the coastal path to the beach. The adults sit on the beach whilst the boy plays in the water. Other family members later join the young boy in the water, swimming and playing together. A dog rolls about on the sand and a young girl plays with a cuttlefish bone. Portrait sots of several ladies sat on the beach follow. On their return to the car, the family's two Jack Russell dogs try to get at rabbits in two rabbit holes, furiously digging away at the dirt. One dog bites the tail of the other dog. The family walk to the top of the hill side and back to their car.
