This black and white film shows the second Youth Fellowship weekend in Eastbourne in April 1958, where the group go on an organised walk over Beachy Head and Cuckmere Haven, play on the beaches and attend a church service at St Andrew's Presbyterian church.
The film shows the group boarding a train at East Croydon station for Eastbourne, followed by a wide exterior shot of the Burlington Hotel next to the sea front and the group pushing a car to get it started before attempting to repair it, outside their YMCA hostel.
The group go for a walk from the seafront with views of Eastbourne pier from the beach walking over the South Downs at Beachy Head to Cuckmere Haven, where the group paddle on the beach at Seven Sisters; before returning back through Eastbourne. The group pass the Western Lawns and Wish Tower/ Martello Tower. Cheers are heard on the dubbed soundtrack each time the same man and woman passes the camera (?). The group seems in high spirits and pretend to fall over, drink from livestock water troughs and generally run amok in the countryside.
The group then attend a church service at St Andrew's Presbyterian church, with shots of the service and interior of the church, followed by a trip to the seafront near Eastbourne Pier, where they pose, play about and get ice cream sodas or milkshakes at a beach cafe.
