The film opens with a woman dressed in a Girl Guides uniform walking in a garden; she is carrying a rucksack and a holdall. The film cuts to the World Guide Camp at Windsor Great Park; flags from various nations can be seen flying atop of two towers. Close-up of a plaque: "Windsor, Berkshire 1857-1957". African woman walking through the camp, followed by shots of performances by different national groups. Girl guides parade, with marching band, all dressed in what appears to be Girl Guide uniforms from different periods. Shots of campers dressed in different national costumes; a large audience outside a marquee watch dances and other performances. The film concludes with general shots of the campsite.
