This edited family film features a wedding at Saint Mary the Blessed Virgin, Addington (Croydon).
This edited family film opens with the family sitting at a table eating a meal and the children sitting at the table drawing. This is followed by a brief shot of two girls playing on a beach (Bracklesham Bay, ca. 1940s?).
The main focus of the film is a wedding at Saint Mary the Blessed Virgin, Addington (Croydon). The church sign and the exterior of the church open the film, followed by a series of shots of the child flower-bearers outside church with the bride and her father (?). The bride and groom then exist the church and the guests are seen leaving to go to reception venue.
The wedding reception is being held in a grand building, guests stand outside in the car park and slowly enter the building.
The next part of the film sees the bride and groom having their photos taken with the flower bearers and best man, followed by the rest of the family in a garden. Other family members pose for photos, as requested by the photographer in the garden.
The film closes on two shots of a beach at sunset (possibly Bracklesham Bay?).
