Summary
The short edited black and white film shows an extended Lockwood family on holiday at a seaside resort, fishing and swimming in the sea.
Description
The film opens with coastal scenes of the waves breaking on the rocks beneath some cliffs, while seagulls circle above. An extended group of the Lockwood family walk on a promenade or jetty beneath some rocks. Three group smile at the camera as they pass. This is followed by a brief glimpse of the children fishing from a rowing boat (very dark).
In the next section, a woman from the family climbs out of a window in a dressing gown and swimwear to go down to the beach. The rest of the family are then seen on the beach. A man is seen carrying a wooden bodyboard (?) up some steps. Coastal shots of the beach and a hotel (possibly in Cornwall ?) with castellations then follow.
(Note: This film has a large fibre or scratch at the bottom of the film throughout.)
