Visitors to Brighton Beach filmed by either George Albert Smith or Robert Paul from a single fixed position.
Men and women walk along the beach and others stand, all are unaware of the camera. A man is seen walking up the beach with two flasks [?]. Two men stride along while two young boys run past, both looking into the camera. It has been suggested that it is the West Pier in view behind, and would therefore be a "Scene on Hove Beach."
