Summary

This family film shows a young boy playing on a wooden hobby horse next to a girl cleaning a horse riding saddle. The second film shows a wedding party gathering in front of the church, the couple leaving in a car and the wedding guests and bridesmaids after the ceremony.

Description

The film opens with a young boy on a rocking horse in the garden of Spratling Court farm, followed by views of a young girl polishing and cleaning her riding tack - saddle and bridle (out of focus) in the garden.

The second film is of a wedding couple, bridesmaids and best man outside a church. The bride wears a gold Tudor style dress posing for portraits on the steps with the wedding photographer. The couple then walk under an archway of hockey sticks held aloft by friends and family. The newlyweds leave in a car (KKR 506) parked on the street, slowly moving off down a residential tree-lined avenue. The rest of the family stand outside a house on the road, next to a telephone box. A man in armed forces dress uniform raises his sword to the camera, as guests file past. (film has faded and ends mid shot of the guests outside a house).
