Summary

Two films photographed by 'Sonny' Hanson for the film-making arm of The Ashford Association Film Society. The first film contains the screen tests of male and female amateur actors; the second records an actress having her make-up applied.

Description

[Screen Test] The camera films the screen tests of male and female amateur actors. The actors feign reactions as they stand alone and later act out interactions between themselves.

[Face Make-Up] A young actress is filmed having her make-up applied by a male stylist. The process involves nine stages and the finished result is displayed to the camera in close-up.
